Named Chairman in 2008 after 10 years as CEO, Mark Serrianne has driven energy and excitement into the agency's culture. Mark joined Northlich in 1974 as an assistant account manager, and has since worked his way through a broad range of account service and general management roles. His scope of experience includes working with many of the nation's leading consumer and business-to-business companies in a wide range of industries. In addition to standing at Northlich's helm, Mark is one of the few advertising executives to serve on the board of a public company (LSI Industries). He also sits on the boards of TriHealth, the Fine Arts Fund, Dan Beard Council of Boy Scouts of America, the Cincinnati Opera, the FreeStore FoodBank, and others. Mark began his communications career in public affairs with the U.S. Army, serving as a press liaison in Vietnam during the repatriation of our prisoners of war, and later with the Army's Advertising Directorate. Outside of work, Mark collects vintage sports memorabilia, antique advertising and toys, plays the piano and, yes, the accordion.
